Refund and Returns Policy - Siam Botanicals Australia

Siam Botanicals want you to be entirely satisfied with our products. Our team will check all products before sending.

Unused & unopened items: If you receive your product(s) and they are incorrect, please return them to us within 3 working days for a refund or exchange. Please notify us by email at hello@siambotanicals.com.au that you are returning the item(s).

Please ensure you put your order reference on the package.

Refunds cannot be issued if the product(s) have been opened or used, due to health and cross-contamination concerns.

Faulty Items: If for any reason your product is faulty or broken please contact us at hello@siambotanicals.com.au we will arrange an exchange/refund. Unfortunately, we cannot receive any claims after 3 days of you receiving your order.

Returned Parcels/Incorrect address: If you entered a wrong address when ordering and your parcel is returned to us, a fee of $20 for shipping and handling will apply for us to resend your order. If you prefer to have your order refunded instead of shipped again, a $20 handling/admin fee will be deducted from the refund value.

Refunds will be made within 5 days of receiving the returned products and the refund will be paid into your account used to make the initial purchase.

Terms and Conditions of Discounts and Delivery

Purchases of $100 or more will attract the advertised discount (if any) and a FREE Postage and Handling.

Purchases between $50 and $100 will attract Free Postage and Handling.

Purchases under $50 will be subjected to a $20 Postage and Handling fee.
